Verigofly LLC (operating as verigofly.com) provides hotel booking and car rental services. Cancellation and refund terms may vary depending on the hotel, car rental company, booking type, rate selected, and third-party supplier.

Cancellation Schedule

• Hotel Bookings: Cancellation charges will be applied according to the cancellation policy specified by the respective hotel or booking supplier at the time of reservation.

• Car Rentals: Cancellation charges will be applied according to the cancellation policy of the respective car rental company or supplier.

• Non-Refundable Bookings: Certain hotel rates and car rental bookings may be non-refundable. In such cases, the amount paid may not be refundable after the reservation is confirmed.

• Late Cancellation: Cancellations made after the applicable free-cancellation period may result in partial or full cancellation charges, as specified by the service provider.

• No-Show: Failure to check in at the hotel or failure to collect/use a reserved rental vehicle may be treated as a no-show and may result in a full or partial loss of the amount paid, depending on the supplier’s policy.

• How to Cancel: If you need to cancel your reservation, please email us at info@verigofly.com and contact a Verigofly.com customer service representative as soon as possible.

• Cancellation Request: A cancellation request will be considered received only after written confirmation is received by Verigofly LLC. Customers should retain the cancellation confirmation for their records.

• Refund Timeline: Where a refund is applicable, it will be initiated after confirmation of the applicable refund amount from the relevant hotel, car rental company, or third-party supplier. The time taken for the refund to appear in the customer’s account may vary depending on the supplier, payment processor, bank, or payment method.

• Third-Party Cancellation Policies: Hotel and car rental reservations may be subject to the individual cancellation, modification, refund, and no-show policies of the respective service provider. These policies may vary by property, vehicle category, rate type, booking dates, and other conditions.

• Service & Administrative Fees: Verigofly LLC may charge applicable service, administrative, communication, or processing fees in connection with a cancellation or refund, where disclosed or permitted.

• Taxes & Fees: Applicable taxes, supplier charges, payment processing fees, and other non-refundable charges may be deducted from any eligible refund.

• Refund Method: Eligible refunds will generally be processed using the original payment method, unless otherwise agreed or required by the applicable payment or supplier process.

Important Information

• Cancellation policies are displayed or communicated at the time of booking wherever applicable. Customers are responsible for reviewing the cancellation terms before confirming a reservation.

• Verigofly LLC cannot guarantee a refund where the applicable hotel, car rental company, or third-party supplier has classified the booking as non-refundable.
