Verigofly LLC operates as an independent travel service provider specializing in hotel bookings and car rental services. We may work with independent hotels, accommodation providers, car rental companies, transportation providers, and other third-party suppliers to fulfill customer reservations.

By using our website or booking our services, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

HOTEL BOOKINGS

• Hotel reservations made through Verigofly LLC are subject to availability and the terms, conditions, policies, and restrictions of the respective hotel or accommodation provider.

• Hotel rates, room availability, amenities, check-in/check-out times, and other details may be changed by the hotel or supplier without prior notice.

• Customers are responsible for providing accurate guest names, contact information, dates of stay, number of guests, and any other information required to complete the reservation.

• Special requests including room preferences, bedding preferences, adjoining rooms, accessibility requirements, or other arrangements are subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed unless specifically confirmed by the hotel.

CAR RENTAL SERVICES

• Car rental reservations are subject to vehicle availability and the terms and conditions of the respective car rental or transportation provider.

• Customers may be required to provide a valid driving license, identification, payment method, security deposit, or other documents as required by the car rental provider.

• Vehicle category, model, seating capacity, rental duration, mileage limits, fuel policy, insurance, security deposit, additional driver charges, tolls, parking charges, and other conditions may vary depending on the service provider and selected reservation.

• Unless a specific vehicle model is expressly guaranteed in writing, the car rental provider may provide a similar vehicle within the booked category depending on availability.

• Additional usage, waiting time, extra mileage, additional hours or days, tolls, parking fees, fuel charges, or services outside the confirmed reservation may result in additional charges.

CANCELLATION

• Hotel and car rental reservations may be booked through independent third-party suppliers. Therefore, the cancellation policy of the relevant hotel, car rental company, transportation provider, or other supplier will apply in addition to the applicable Verigofly LLC Terms & Conditions.

• Cancellation terms and charges may vary depending on the hotel, vehicle, rate type, supplier, destination, booking dates, and time remaining before the scheduled service.

• Some bookings may be non-refundable or may carry partial or full cancellation charges. Customers should review the applicable cancellation conditions before confirming their reservation.

• Verigofly LLC shall not be responsible for changes, cancellations, service interruptions, or availability issues caused by hotels, car rental companies, transportation providers, or other third-party suppliers.

REFUND

• Refund eligibility will depend on the cancellation policy and terms applicable to the specific hotel or car rental reservation.

• Where a refund is approved, it will be processed according to the applicable supplier policy and original payment method, subject to any applicable fees or deductions.

• Processing times may vary depending on the supplier, payment processor, bank, or financial institution involved.

• No refund shall be provided for services that have been used, partially used, missed, or not utilized by the customer unless otherwise required by the applicable supplier policy or law.

• Verigofly LLC shall not be liable for consequential losses, additional expenses, or damages incurred by the customer resulting from a cancellation, amendment, delay, or inability to use a booked service, except where otherwise required by applicable law.

EARLY CHECK-IN / LATE CHECK-OUT

• Standard hotel check-in and check-out times vary depending on the property. Early check-in or late check-out is not automatically included in a hotel reservation unless specifically stated in the booking confirmation.

• Verigofly LLC may submit an early check-in or late check-out request to the hotel on behalf of the customer; however, fulfillment is subject to hotel policy and availability and cannot be guaranteed.

• Hotels may charge additional fees for early check-in or late check-out.

BOOKING INFORMATION

• Customers are responsible for ensuring that all information provided during the booking process is complete and accurate.

• Verigofly LLC shall not be responsible for problems, additional charges, or service denial resulting from incorrect names, dates, contact details, pickup information, or other information supplied by the customer.

• Any amendment requested after confirmation may be subject to availability, supplier approval, and additional charges.

PRICES AND PAYMENTS

• Prices displayed or quoted for hotel bookings and car rental services are subject to availability and may change until the reservation is confirmed and payment requirements are completed.

• Additional charges imposed directly by hotels or car rental providers, including local taxes, resort fees, security deposits, parking fees, tolls, fuel charges, additional driver fees, or optional services, may not be included unless specifically stated in the booking confirmation.

• The customer is responsible for reviewing the final booking details and applicable charges before confirming the reservation.

THIRD-PARTY SERVICE PROVIDERS

• Verigofly LLC may facilitate reservations with independent hotels, car rental companies, transportation providers, and other suppliers.

• These third-party providers are responsible for the actual delivery and quality of their respective services.

• Verigofly LLC does not control the day-to-day operations, facilities, vehicles, employees, or service standards of independent third-party providers.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

• To the extent permitted by applicable law, Verigofly LLC shall not be responsible for losses, damages, delays, inconvenience, additional expenses, or service disruptions caused by third-party service providers or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

• Such circumstances may include, but are not limited to, weather conditions, natural disasters, government actions, strikes, road closures, vehicle breakdowns, property closures, supplier failures, or other events beyond the reasonable control of Verigofly LLC.

CHANGES TO TERMS & CONDITIONS

GOVERNING LAW
