Verigofly LLC (operating as verigofly.com) applies the following cancellation schedule for all travel bookings. Please note that these charges are calculated as a percentage of the Total Tour Cost.

Cancellation Schedule:

  • Minimum Cancellation: 20% (excluding flight tickets)

  • 25% Deduction: Between 45–30 Days before tour departure

  • 50% Deduction: Between 30–10 Days before tour departure

  • 75% Deduction: Between 10–05 Days before tour departure

  • 100% Deduction: Between 05 Days–Same Day & No Show


Process & Terms:

  • How to Cancel: If you need to cancel your reservation, please email us at info@verigofly.com and contact a verigofly.com customer service representative immediately.

  • Refund Timeline: Any applicable refund will be processed within 35 days after our receipt of your written notice of cancellation.

  • Traveller Substitutions: Substituting a traveler is considered a reservation cancellation and is subject to the standard cancellation fees. Any remaining balance will be issued in the form of a Credit Note.

  • Third-Party Products: For products such as cruise holidays, bus/train tickets, 5-star hotels, or services during trade fairs/festival periods, the specific cancellation policy of the third-party provider will apply. In addition to those charges, Verigofly LLC reserves the right to claim a service and communication fee of $30 per person (or equivalent).

  • Taxes & Fees: Standard administrative fees and applicable taxes will be applied over and above the mentioned charges. The balance amount will be refunded post-deduction of these charges and taxes.
