Understood. I have updated the Governing Law section to reflect USA Jurisdiction and ensured the company name and domain are consistent throughout.

Verigofly LLC is the legal owner and operator of all domains used for our travel assistance services, including but not limited to: Verigofly.com. All customer support, booking assistance, and travel-related services offered across these domains are fully managed, authorized, and provided exclusively by Verigofly LLC. No third-party company operates or controls any of these websites.

We are an independent travel agency and are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or directly associated with any airline. All airline names, logos, and trademarks are used strictly for identification purposes only and remain the property of their respective owners.

CANCELLATION

As the tour/services to be provided to you are booked in advance from the relevant Hotel/ Airlines/ Supplier/ Third Party providers, the terms and conditions and cancellation policy of the Relevant Supplier/ Third Party providers would be applicable in addition to the Verigofly LLC Terms and Conditions. Such cancellation policies may be subject to change without prior intimation.
Verigofly LLC does not take the responsibility of the Service at Hotel / Flight / Excursions as end service of these establishments are beyond the control of the agency.
In case of any changes in schedule or cancellation from the airlines, Verigofly LLC should not be held responsible, as such changes are from the airlines end.

REFUND

Verigofly LLC reserves the right to determine the quantum of refund payable in case of cancellation or amendment of a tour due to Force Majeure or any other circumstances. The decision of Verigofly LLC on the quantum of refund shall be final.
There shall be no refund if the Client does not or cannot utilize any service included in the tour cost or paid for services like meals, rooms, entry tickets, excursions etc.
In any case, the Company shall not be liable towards any consequential loss, damage or extra costs suffered by the Client for any reasons whatsoever.

PASSPORTS AND VISAS

It is your sole responsibility to ensure that you have valid documentation, including but not limited to passports, visas, and re-entry permits which meet the requirements of immigration and other government authorities.
Any fines, penalties, payments or expenditures incurred as a result of such documents not meeting the requirements of those authorities will be your sole responsibility.
Verigofly LLC shall not be liable for visa rejections under any circumstances. Rejection of a visa shall lead to forfeiture of the booking amount paid.

RE-CONFIRMATION AND FLIGHT DEPARTURE TIMES

You must reconfirm your flights and check for reschedules on your onward and return flights at least 24 hours prior to each journey as departure times can change.

EARLY CHECK-IN / LATE CHECK -OUT

Please note that standard check-in / checkout times vary by hotel. Cost of early check-in or late check-out is not included in the tour cost. We can make a request on your behalf, but we do not guarantee fulfillment as it depends entirely on the policy of the hotel and availability.

EXTRA USES OF OUR VEHICLE

Please note that the cost of the vehicle (car / coaches with the driver) does not include extra usage of the vehicle like after transfer or after sightseeing unless it is specifically mentioned in the itinerary.

GOVERNING LAW

If any dispute arises in relation to the agreement between you and us as constituted by these Terms and Conditions or otherwise, it is subject to the laws and jurisdiction of the United States of America (USA).
